The Leads Management Coordinator will own the process of qualifying online leads for Huebner Marketing clients, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing timely lead reports to clients and supervisors.
Excellence in customer service is the driving force of this position and of utmost importance for Huebner Marketing clients.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Qualify internet leads for Huebner Marketing clients through phone calls and email communication
- Collaborate with client’s staff to ensure the client leads are receiving the best customer service
- Conduct quarterly audits of client contact’s information
- Update product lists on Huebner Marketing platforms as needed
- Coordinate brochure mailings with print vendor
- High-level client relationship management
