After conducting an AIM Report™ early in our relationship with Chief, we discovered that it wasn’t price or delivery or quality that Chief customers liked about the brand. It was the company’s customer service.
After developing the “We Engineer Relationships” best slogan, the foundation was set. Since then, Huebner Marketing has helped recruit new builders/dealers through dimensional direct mail campaigns, create frontline marketing tools, brochures, create print ads and new website design and development, and help position the company as a premier metal building manufacturer with a focus on customer service.
